These charges are based on a flat rate for the initial item purchased, and a reduced rate for additional items purchased. These amounts are added at the time of checkout. To receive a shipping discount all items must be paid and shipped on the same invoice. If you are buying more that one item please do not make payments for each item separately. Our customer service staff will combine multiple item order throughout the work day. If you are ready to checkout before we are able to combine your order. How We Ship:
Due to the combustible nature of our products, air/expedited delivery is not available.
Shipping is restricted to the continental United States ground transportation only.
Sales tax will be charged for items shipped to New Jersey addresses.
Please inspect packages immediately upon delivery. If your package/product arrives in damaged/unacceptable condition, refuse shipment and contact Trinity 1945, Inc. immediately.
If you are not satisfied in any way with a product from Trinity 1945, Inc., you may exchange or return the item in new condition within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Any and all returns must be authorized by Trinity 1945 inc. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Please contact a representative for return instructions.
When an item has been returned in accordance with this policy, a refund will be processed back to the buyers PayPal account or credit card used.
Return Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are not refundable. Once the package has been shipped, shipping charges and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item shipped does not match the invoice.
Return Shipping Instructions:
The customer is responsible for the condition of all returned items. All merchandise returned to Trinity 1945, Inc. that has been damaged, as a result of return shipping, will not be credited. To avoid this inconvenience, please purchase insurance for all return packages.
If for any reason you need to return merchandise, you must contact Trinity 1945, Inc. prior to shipping it in order to receive proper instructions and authorization. If possible, simply send your return request as a reply to your shipping confirmation email. Any returns received without prior notification may be refused.
Trinity 1945 inc. is a licensed wholesale distributor of the products we offer. Most items that we offer have a minimum of a 5 year manufactures warranty unless specifically stated in that items description. Trinity 1945 inc. does employ’s a technical support staff who is trained to assist you in resoling most issues. Trinity 1945 inc. is limited to the warranty and options dictated by the manufactures. If we are unable to resolve your issue we can assist you in filling your warranty claim with the manufacture.
