Compatible Surfaces

Our metallic gray auto paint is suitable for well-prepared OEM finishes or repainted surfaces (enamel, urethane, and lacquer). When working with fiberglass, plastics, bodywork, or bare metal, a primer may be required.

Mixing Proportion

A ratio of 3 parts paint to 1 part reducer.

Pot Life

  • Ambient Conditions: 65-80 degrees temperature with humidity under 50%.
  • Unmixed paint: Indefinite pot life when properly sealed.
  • Mixed paint: Roughly 4-6 hours without a cover.

Preparation

Before sanding, cleanse with soap and water, then employ wax and grease remover. After sanding, apply primers where necessary. Adhere to the primer’s instructions and allow a day before painting with the metallic gray car paint color.

Spraying
